WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
When purchasing a product from flavor.shop, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, that no sale is final, until we have confirmed the requested product is in stock. After stock is confirmed, we will send you a order confirmation email, with your receipt as well as shipping information.
Flavo.shop accepts payments by VisaDankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and MobilePay. If you have a different need for a payment method, please place your order and use the "Bank deposit" payment option and/or contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange for a commerce which suits you.

In case of sold out products we will need 1-2 weeks to deliver your product based on our suppliers abilitiy to deliver. Please get in contact with us and we can give you an estimate.
All Shipment in Europe is via GLS/EuroBusiness.
When ordering from an EU country you pay Danish VAT due to the rules of items free mobility. However, if you order from a non EU country you will not be charged Danish VAT but will be charged with your local VAT. During checkout the Danish VAT will appear but you will not be charged the VAT amount when payment is completed.
Articles bought on flavo.shop are fully returnable and refundable within 14 days upon receipt. If you want to return an item please let us know within 14 days upon receipt by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain which articles you want to return and please return the item within 14 days after letting us know. Note that the right of withdrawal is void if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sale value significantly. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the resale value of the item.

Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. If an item is broken or lost during shipment you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.
When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account or gift card used for the purchase. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, if you however only return part of your order we will only refund the items cost.
WANT TO RETURN A PARCEL? PLEASE SEND TO:
The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item if no longer in stock. Once we hear from you we will try to track your parcel. If not tracked within 14 days, we will forward a new parcel without cost.

Flavo.shop trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
